The Queen's Daddy Was George Too

by Kim Brixton

The Queen of England has a Great Grandson.

That Great Grandson is a Prince.

That Prince now has a name.

The name of the child is George Alexander Louis.

The Queen's Daddy was also named George.  But his birth name was Albert

Wonder if baby George will take the name Albert when he is coronated.

That won't be for a while though.

All this hoopla about Royalty in the U.K. makes me want to watch one of my favorite movies once again.

"The King's Speech" is based on the life of King George VI and the relationship he has with his vocal coach.  The King had a stammer, was extremely shy and hated public speaking. In the film, the vocal coach helped him with his foibles and kept his sessions with the King top secret.  His wife didn't even know..but she find's out eventually.
