I love breakfast pizza, so in the spirit of National Egg Day (6/3), I will share with you how I prepare mine. I make it easy on myself and buy pre-made pizza crusts. Mix in a bowl 8 eggs, half a cup or milk or so, Extra sharp cheddar, havarti dill and pepper jack shredded cheeses sausage, ham and bacon chunks, I pour the mixture on the crust then add some shredded Mozzarella and diced tomatoes.
I bake at 350 for about a half hour. Delicious!
