Over the weekend I was looking for something different so I decided to resurrect my "12 Day of Christmas" workout. It takes about 30-35 minutes and it is a full-body workout. 2 days after doing it, my legs (quads/glutes) and back muscles are still sore.
It's a quick 30-35 minutes tho!
(Do the exercises like the "12 Days of Christmas Song" where as you get to the next "day" you continue to do each day that leads up to that day over...make sense??)
1-Burpee (with jump)
2-Knee to chest jumps
3-Hanging Knee-to-Elbow crunches (make sure arms are flexed 90 degrees)
4-Thrusters (with dumbells, squat then explode up to do a shoulder press)
11-Jump-lunges (11 each leg)
(For instance you start at 1...1 burpee, then 2 jumps, 1 burpee, 1 burpee; just like the song!)
