Easy Ab Workout: 6 Minute Abs Bicycle Edition

Video above shows how to do the bicycle ab workout. This one is one of my favorites cause it doesn't hurt your neck and is easier basic crunches. (In my opinion)

In Bootcamp we do 3 mins, rest, 2 mins rest, 1 min rest.
