Atomic batteries to power!

by Greg Belfrage

Want to climb behind the wheel of the Batmobile? Of course, you do! Everyone wants a crack at the greatest tool in Batman's arsenal against Gotham's kooky criminals.

You'll soon have your chance to pilot the Batmobile in a brand new coin-operated arcade game.  Raw Thrills' "Batman" arcade game is scheduled to launch in November and should start hitting arcades over the holiday season.

This game promises to be exceptional because you'll have the opportunity to drive every Batmobile ever made, as well as the Flying Bat. Players can choose from the 1966 TV Batmobile to the Tumbler from "The Dark Knight" and everything in between.

If you hate pumping coins into an arcade game, there's a far different Batmobile driving experience now available. Auto World Round 2 has released the "Pursuit of the Penguin" slot car racing set.  The set features the 1966 TV Batmobile and a classic VW bus repainted as the Penguin's Birdmobile.

"Pursuit of the Penguin" comes with 18 feet of looped track, Gotham City backdrop and a Batman sticker sheet.  Order it here.  The set retails for $129.99.
