SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) – If you want to weigh in on proposed state road projects, you’ll want to mark your calendar for Wednesday, July 14th.
The South Dakota Department of Transportation (SDDOT) will be in Sioux Falls sharing their improvement plans for the region as part of its Tentative Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP).
The meeting will go over projects for the 2022-2025 time period which include several resurfacing projects, interchange construction or modification on I-90 and I-29, safety improvements, and developmental projects.
This marks a return to in-person public meetings this year for the decision-making process. The SDDOT is hosting a total of four meetings across the state. The Sioux Falls meeting will be at the Ramada Airport on West Russell Street at 7:00 pm. Virtual options also will be available.
