SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — According to the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls, an incoming weather system is expected to impact the area through Wednesday evening.
Beginning Monday night, rain will begin falling before switching to mixed precipitation early Tuesday morning.
The National Weather Service says to expect travel impacts during your Tuesday morning commute.
The mix of both rain and snow will linger into Wednesday before coming to an end later that night.
Snowfall accumulations are expected to be short lived as warmer weather returns towards the end of the week.
