SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A man was shot Wednesday night after what Sioux Falls Police believe was a drug deal gone bad.
The incident occurred inside a vehicle in the 2400 block of South Carolyn Avenue, near Century Theaters.
Police say that the victim was meeting a couple people in a parking lot to possibly buy or sell drugs.
At one point during the encounter, the passenger in the vehicle they were all inside of pulled out a gun and threatened the victim before shooting him in the arm.
The victim provided very little information about the suspects and the encounter to police.
The victim’s gunshot wound was non life threatening.
