SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The Sioux Falls Storm Indoor Football Team has a new captain at the helm.
Andre Fields will replace longtime Head Coach and General Manager Kurtiss Riggs, who steps down as the winningest head coach in the history of the game.
Fields is a native of Chicago, Ill, and a 1999 graduate of the University of South Dakota.
He was a four-year starter at Cornerback for the Coyotes, earning All-Conference honors at Cornerback in his Senior season.
Fields has been on the Storm coaching staff for ten seasons.
