SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — After Mayor Paul TenHaken delivered his annual Budget Address, City Councilors got down to the business of spending money – more than they wanted to spend. They approved building a new clubhouse at Elmwood Golf Course. The cost increased from about four million last year to more than six-million dollars. Councilor Curt Soehl voted in favor despite the increase.
The project was approved on a six-to-two vote.
