MITCHELL, SD (KELO.com) — Upheaval and another resignation in the Davison County Auditors Office. County Commissioners want to combine the Auditors office with the Country Treasurer’s office. Chief Deputy Auditor Jim Matthews opposed the measure. When Commissioners approved the first reading, he resigned. Former Auditor Susan Kiepke resigned a few weeks ago to take a job in the private sector.
