Mt. Rushmore, SD (KELO.com) A unique event for visitors to the Shrine to Democracy today. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem will be at Mount Rushmore to host a naturalization ceremony at the Amphitheater. Noem will administer the Oath of Allegiance as 73 candidates become U.S citizens.
