Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — A mural inspired by the Big Sioux River is now complete in downtown Sioux Falls. Local artist Joe Schaeffer helped lead the project after Downtown Sioux Falls received a 15-thousand-dollar grant from the Gilchrist Foundation. The new art piece is now complete in the tunnel of the Cherapa Place parking ramp.
