Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls is growing, but a housing shortage is becoming an obstacle. The Sioux Falls Realtors Association says the inventory of houses for sale has dropped by nearly 30-percent from a year ago. Houses are spending more time on the market before selling and the number of closed deals is down by about 21 percent.
