Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — It’s one of the busiest streets in South Dakota. Sioux Falls officials are gearing up for the second phase of rebuilding Minnesota Avenue. They plan to extend the style established on the north end of the thoroughfare, which includes a median for safety purposes. Council member Curt Soehl says that raises concerns for business owners on the route…Phase two would extend the current design changes on Minnesota Avenue to the area just north of 8th Street.
