Marty Jackley is pushing for proof of citizenship to register to vote

Pierre, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley is among over a dozen Attorney Generals pushing for strengthening federal election integrity. They’re supporting a petition to require documentary proof of U.S citizenship on federal voter registration forms.  Jackley says “Proof of citizenship helps protect our elections.”
