Minimum wage to raise on January 1st

South Dakota — Good news for minimum wage earners. As of January first, you’ll have a little more money in your pocket. The Minimum Wage is moving up from $11.50 per hour to 11.85 per hour. Tipped employees hourly wage will increase to$5.92 per hour.
