Wood Ridge, NJ (KELO.com) — Former South Dakota Nursing home company owner Joseph Schwartz is now a free man. President Trump pardoned the former owner of Golden Living Centers. Schwartz pleaded guilty to failing to pay employment taxes. Prosecutors say instead, he put 38-million dollars into his own pocket.
