Sioux Falls man convicted of enticement of a minor – could get life in prison

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A federal jury has convicted a Sioux Falls man of attempted enticement of a minor using the internet.  34-year old Ryan Nigro was caught in a sting operation, trying to convince a person he believed was a 12-year old girl into meeting for a sexual encounter.  The girl was actually an undercover law officer.  Nigro faces up to life in prison and a $250-thousand fine.
