SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — The South Dakota Department of Transportation has closed both eastbound and westbound traffic on I-90 between Humboldt and Salem shortly after 8 p.m. Thursday evening.
That’s due to several semi-trucks that remain tipped over, blocking both lanes of traffic.
