WATERTOWN, SD (KELO.com) — A pair of Watertown residents are being held on kidnapping and aggravated assault charges. 41-year old Amanda Raml allegedly forced a man into her vehicle, drove into the country and told the man to get out. 18-year old Colton Vig fired a shotgun into the air to intimidate the victim. Vig and Raml are both being held on a ten-thousand dollar cash only bond.
