PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — “It’s time to bring Rachel home.” Those are the words of Attorney General Marty Jackley who says law agencies are checking out new tips in the decade-old disappearance of Rachel Cyriacks of Woonsocket. Items recovered during a search last week are being analyzed and searches are being conducted in other locations. Jackley says it remains an active case.
