SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A South Dakota driver was found with a rather unusual license plate sticker this week.
The driver appeared to avoid renewing their registration by writing “2020” on an old sticker with a sharpie.
South Dakota Highway Patrol posted the image to Facebook, reminding drivers to renew their registration online or at their county courthouse.
