PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota is about to put seven-million dollars to work protecting city and county information systems – and your private information. The money was approved by the 2024 Legislature for the SecureSD project. Attorney General Marty Jackley calls it a growing threat.
The project is being overseen by Dakota State University, which is recognized as one of the leading Cyber-security centers in the nation.
