Bismarck, ND (KELO.com) — North Dakota Attorney General Drew Wrigley is threatening to sue South Dakota to overturn a new law protecting landowners from eminent domain on carbon capture pipelines. House Speaker Jon Hansen says Wrigley is serving as a puppet for pipeline companies in the process. If he doesn’t, Hansen says Wrigley will discover South Dakota will not be an easy push over on the issue.
