Rapid City, SD (KELO.com) — Rapid City officials are trying to determine if a man accused of killing his father recently is fit to stand trial. Nicholas Selig missed his first two court appearances after resisting officers and interrupting the judge while charges were being read. He’s charged with first degree murder for the death of his father Vernon and could face life in prison or the death penalty.
