Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man accused of raping a woman over nearly five years was back in court Tuesday for a competency hearing. A judge ruled that 35-year-old Kyle Huff isn’t mentally fit to help in his own defense and will be sent to a treatment program for up to four months. Court documents say the abuse began when the victim was just 17 and that Huff’s wife, Amanda, also faces charges in the case. Her next hearing is set for October 1st.
