USD art professor Michael Hook is suing to keep his job

Vermillion, SD (KELO.com) — He’s been placed on leave over a controversial Facebook about Charlie Kirk’s death. Now, USD Art Professor, Michael Hook is suing to keep his job. Hook says his comments are protected free speech. He’s asking a court to block the University and Board of Regents from firing him.
