Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — This is the time of year most road construction projects are wrapping up but one project in the area is just getting started. Crews began work on I-90 at the I-29 interchange near Marion Road. Traffic will be reduced to just one lane each direction. The project is expected to be completed next May.
