South Dakota has issued an “Endangered Missing Advisory” for missing 10-year-old boy

Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — A missing child in Sioux Falls has prompted the state to issue an ‘Endangered Missing Advisory’. 10 year old Joelle Taken Alive was last seen Saturday morning. He was not found following searches conducted in the area near his home and school. Joelle is believed to be traveling on foot.
