PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Governor Larry Rhoden’s path to victory appears to be narrow, as illustrated by a leaked confidential memo. Northern Plains News reports the memo – marked ‘confidential-donor use only’ was not verified by the Rhoden campaign. The strategy is for donors to fund an effort to deny Congressman Dusty Johnson the 35 percent vote he needs to win the June 2nd primary. The most recent polls show Johnson within striking distance of that margin.
