SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — The two construction companies leading the effort to build a new men’s Penitentiary in Sioux Falls are becoming one. Kansas City-based JE Dunn is acquiring Henry Carlson Construction of Sioux Falls. The two companies also worked together to build the expansion of the Minnehaha County Jail. The merger is expected to be finalized July 31st.
