SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — He won’t be at the helm when the money is being spent, but Sioux Falls Mayor Paul TenHaken has released his final five-year Capital Improvement Plan. The $1.1-billion plan proposes critical investments in utilities and transportation, publica safety and quality of life projects. It’s funded by the sales and use tax and utility fees.
