PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) – South Dakota will receive just over 100-thousand dollars, as a national auto lender settles a consumer fraud case.
Credit Acceptance Corporation approved loans that led to consumer defaults and repossessions.
Customers will be notified by the company if they’re eligible for debt relief payments or restitution.
