The ACLU describes some areas of South Dakota as reproductive health care deserts. That follows the closing of three family planning programs at clinics in Mobridge, Lemmon and Burke. ACLU officials say the closures will lead to more unplanned pregnancies and the spread of sexually transmitted diseases.
