SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A year later, and the Sioux Falls School District is facing a familiar problem in staff hiring. The District needs to fill about a dozen teaching positions before school starts a month from now. Nearly half of those vacancies are for special education positions, which have been challenging to fill.
