SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Families are being notified of a cyber security incident by the Sioux Falls School District. The district’s “Canvas” learning platform left information, including names, emails, addresses, student IDs and messages, vulnerable to hackers. Officials say passwords, birthdays and financial information weren’t exposed. Families are being warned to proceed with caution to emails from Canvas.
