Minnehaha County State's Attorney Daniel Haggar
SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Minnehaha County State’s Attorney Daniel Haggar is South Dakota’s Prosecutor of the year. The award was announced at the South Dakota State’s Attorneys Association annual meeting Thursday. Attorney General Marty Jackley calls Haggar a strong prosecutor who works tirelessly to protect the people of Minnehaha County.
