UNDATED (KELO.com) — Gas prices are dropping in South Dakota as we begin the 4th of July celebration. They’ve dropped by about nine cents a gallon in the past week to an average of $3.69 per gallon. There could be a slight rise over the holiday weekend but officials expect the downward trend to continue overall.
