SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.COM) – The Sioux Falls School District is heading into the new school year with a full staff, mostly.
The district says it has filled most of its teaching positions, save for a few vacancies for subs and support staff.
Thousands of students return to the classrooms this week and the district says it’s committed to providing the staff to support them.
Officials say they are working to get ahead of shortages by developing a pipeline of future educators through student teaching programs and more.
