YANKTON, S.D. (KELO.com) – A Yankton man faces deportation, even though he’s been in the U.S. since he was four.
Nate Samudzi was set to be deported to Burundi, but a temporary order put that on hold.
The 30-year-old works for UPS and has a one-year-old child with his wife Sydney.
He was taken into ICE custody in Sioux Falls Wednesday.
