HAMLIN COUNTY, S.D. (KELO.com) — Authorities in Hamlin County are investigating a photo that has gone viral on multiple social media platforms.
The photo is of three local teenagers standing in front of a Trump flag: one of the teens is in blackface.
The photo has received criticism nationwide.
Officials in Hamlin County say they are working with the South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation to work through this case.
