Deadwood, SD (KELO.com) — South Dakota ranks as one of America’s most haunted states. A study conducted by LegalUSPokerSites.com has South Dakota in ninth place, with California getting the top spot. South Dakota was ranked based on “ghostly encounters” in Deadwood at the Bullock and Franklin Hotels. Delaware, Texas, New York and Nevada round out the top five.
