SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A 28 year old Sioux Falls man faces more than nine years in federal prison on Child Pornography charges. Alexander Cotton pleaded guilty to the charges in January. Investigators found over 300 images and videos of child pornography on Cotton’s devices in 2024, with some victims as young as one.
