SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — She has served crime victims for decades. Now FBI Victim Specialist Gayle Scott is being recognized as the Bureau’s Hometown Hero. She provides comfort and support to crime victims, as she encourages them to participate in the criminal justice system. Scott has been with the FBI for 24 years, and served in a similar capacity in the Minnehaha County State’s Attorney’s office before that.
