SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Former President Joe Biden will be in Sioux Falls Friday to rally South Dakota Democrats. He’s the keynote speaker for the McGovern Day Dinner in Sioux Falls. State Party Chair Shane Merrill says it’s a privilege to welcome the former President, who served with George McGovern, Tim Johnson and Tom Daschle.
