NEWELL, SD (KELO.com) — Republican state Representative Travis Ismay faces felony charges, and may face prison time. An arrest warrant alleges he intentionally damaged a highway or bridge. He recently won the primary for District 28-B and doesn’t have a Democratic challenger. He was arrested and released on a $500 bond Wednesday.
